Mental Health Innovations
Engaging with our communities is our passion and we are keen to fully support our teams with their fundraising efforts and community activities.
We partner with Mental Health Innovations, a charity that aims to improve the mental health of the UK population through the provision of digital tools, support and resources, and the charity behind Shout 85258.
Our teams within Wagamama and Barburrito are encouraged to volunteer and provide support on Shout’s platform – a free, confidential text messaging service, available 24/7 to anyone in the UK who might be struggling to cope.
TRG also supports Only A Pavement Away, a charity committed to aiding homeless people, ex-offenders and veterans who are struggling to get into work or find housing. OAPA work closely with other charities such as Crisis and Help for Heroes.
We encourage individual teams to support local community charities. In 2023 we raised approximately £72,000 through local fundraising and in partnership with Pennies, the micro-donations charity.
